These terms govern your use of thinkingcapitalpartners.com and the Thinking Capital client portal. By accessing the site you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
1. Who we are
Thinking Capital Partners Limited is a private limited company registered in England & Wales (company no. 17183887), with its registered office at The Clubhouse, 8 St James's Square, London SW1Y 4JU. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Thinking Capital Partners Limited.
2. Audience
This site is intended for professional investors, family offices and institutional investors. It is not intended for, and should not be relied on by, retail clients or persons in jurisdictions where its publication or availability is prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of this site is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it.

Thinking Capital Partners Limited is not currently authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. No regulated activity is being carried on at this time. We will update this site if and when our regulatory status changes.

6. Client portal
Access to the client portal is restricted to authorised users. Sign-in is handled through Microsoft Entra ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. We may suspend or revoke portal access at our discretion, including where we suspect misuse.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, the “Thinking Capital” wordmark, and the design and layout of the site, is the property of Thinking Capital Partners Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that all copyright and proprietary notices are retained. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
8. Third-party content
The site may include links to third-party websites or resources. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content of any third-party site, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.
